A digital-first approach to property marketing, powered by photoreal visualisation, dramatically reduces waste compared with traditional fit-out marketing. Remanufactured furniture lowers the environmental footprint again at move-in. And in partnership with Eden Sustainable Power, traceable green electricity — typically 15-25% cheaper than most current grid contracts — keeps the operational carbon and cost moving in the right direction. The sustainability story runs through every RE FRSH service, not bolted on at the end.

Why is virtual staging a smarter solution to a full fit-out?

Save time, save money, save carbon

Faster
15 weeks
sooner to market

Commercial designer fit-outs take, on average, 12–24 weeks from brief to handover. A full virtual staging solution is typically ready within a few days, so you launch with photoreal marketing assets weeks before a physical fit-out would have started installation.

Median 18 weeks based on K2 Space and BCO Guide to Fit Out 2025 industry data; minus a 3-week virtual turnaround.

Cheaper
~£252 / sq ft
less expensive than a full fit-out
Speculative Cat A+ fit-out £148–£359 / sq ft
RE FRSH virtual package ~£1.20 / sq ft
For a typical 15,000 sq ft commercial floor, our full visual package runs around £18,000. Cat A+ source: Cushman & Wakefield UK Office Fit-Out Guide 2026 (median of £148–£359 range).
Kinder to our planet
~660,000 kg
of CO₂ avoided per 15,000 sq ft floor

While virtual staging is not a zero-carbon solution, you could save up to ~660 tonnes of CO₂ with a virtual solution vs a fit-out from virgin-source materials.

~44 kg CO₂e / sq ft, based on BCO Guide to Fit Out 2025 median benchmark of 475 kgCO₂e/m² for category B fit-out (range 350–600).

Sustainable power that costs less

We've partnered with Eden Sustainable Power to give RE FRSH clients access to Urban Chain's Ofgem-licensed private energy market. It matches your building directly with UK solar and wind generators, so every half-hour of your electricity is traceable to a specific renewable source. Not an annual offsetting certificate. Not a badge on a bill. Actual power, from a named UK generator, delivered over the grid.

15-25%typical saving versus existing grid contracts
1-15 yrscontract length, price certainty locked in
Half-hourlytraceable to a named UK renewable generator

Trading since 2014 and Ofgem-licensed, Eden Sustainable Power sits within AMPYR Distributed Energy, a global operator in sustainable infrastructure. Their platform supports commercial contracts from single sites to portfolio-scale roll-outs.

Prices are decoupled from wholesale gas markets, so you're insulated from the geopolitical shocks that shape most electricity bills. Terms run from one to fifteen years. It's the greenest grid power you can buy short of putting solar on your roof.

Our offer to you. A no-obligation review of your current electricity contract. If we can, you take cleaner power, tighter cost control and stronger numbers for your net-zero and ESG reporting.

If we cannot find you a minimum overall saving of at least 5%, we will walk away.

Savings figures reflect typical ESP customer outcomes at time of writing and are indicative, not guaranteed. Actual saving depends on your current contract, half-hourly usage profile and site metering. The 5% minimum saving is our own guarantee for RE FRSH clients; if it can't be met, there's no obligation to proceed.

Furniture & procurement

Procurement, specified or as a service

End-to-end procurement and specification for office fit-outs. Sourcing the right pieces from the right makers, then managing delivery, install and sign-off, so the scheme that left the design table is the scheme that lands on the floor.

Where it suits the brief better, we also offer Furniture as a Service. You've heard of software as a service. FaaS turns upfront purchases into an as-you-use service. Access stylish, fully maintained office furniture through a simple subscription. Design, delivery, installation, maintenance and upgrades are all included. You pay per seat or per month, aligning spend with actual usage and needs.

Why clients like it. Flexible, scalable and hassle-free. Furniture is refreshed as teams grow or change. Sustainability matters too, a circular model that prioritises modular design, refurbishment and responsible end-of-life disposal, reducing waste and maximising asset lifecycles.

FaaS is delivered through a trusted partner who shares our circular-economy thinking.

“The case for eliminating waste in building construction is well documented. But did you know about the waste from office buildings? £15bn worth each year in the UK alone. This should be an open goal for the real estate industry, so why are we not doing more?”

Across every service

A sustainability thread runs through every service

A digital-first approach to property marketing, powered by photoreal visualisation, dramatically reduces waste compared with traditional fit-out marketing. Remanufactured furniture lowers the environmental footprint again at move-in. And through our partnership with Eden Sustainable Power, traceable green electricity carries that thinking through into the operational life of the building. Across the fourteen services, we treat lower embodied carbon as the default, not an upgrade.

If you're working to a net-zero brief, we'll come back with the numbers for your specific project, in partnership with Rype Office and as supporters of the UK Green Building Council.

62% of UK wastecomes from the construction and demolition industry. UK Government / DEFRA statistics, 2022 data.
